Nature of Our Offerings
The Company provides educational content, culinary instruction, coaching, and experiential programs intended to support personal nourishment, awareness, and lifestyle exploration.
Our offerings are educational in nature and are not medical, psychological, legal, o.r financial services. Nothing shared through the website, programs, or communications is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. Participation does not create a practitioner–client, therapeutic, or fiduciary relationship. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.
Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Participation in any Company offering is voluntary. Personal growth and change are individual processes, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. By engaging with our offerings, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You agree to listen to your body, honor your limits, and seek appropriate professional support when needed. You knowingly assume all risks associated with participation and release the Company from liability related to your decisions, actions, or results.
Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in Company offerings. All materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Company—including written materials, videos, recipes, audio recordings, downloads, frameworks, and program structures—is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
Purchasing or accessing an offering grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, sold, published, or distributed in any form. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Community Spaces & Participation
Some offerings include live calls, group spaces, or community forums. These spaces are intended to be respectful, confidential, and supportive.
Participation is expected to be thoughtful and considerate. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the integrity of the space. Removal for conduct violations does not qualify for a refund.
Payments, Access & Delivery
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.
Access to digital offerings, materials, or live programs—whether immediate or scheduled—constitutes delivery of the product or service.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by offering and is defined below. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Live Programs, Cohorts & Group Experiences
Live and cohort-based programs are time-bound and capacity-limited. A limited refund window—typically within seven (7) days of the program start date—may be offered and will be clearly stated on the sales page. Participation includes attending live calls, accessing materials, or engaging in program spaces. Once the refund window closes, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance level or personal circumstances.
Private Coaching, Consultations & 1:1 Services
Private sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited.
Self-Paced Courses & Digital Programs
Self-paced programs typically include immediate access to proprietary materials. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are final. If a refund window is offered, it applies only within the stated timeframe and may be void if materials have been substantially accessed.
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads—including e-books, PDFs, and guides—are delivered immediately and are non-refundable.
Access Revocation Upon Refund
If a refund is granted, your license to use the materials immediately terminates. Access to content, platforms, and community spaces will be revoked, and you agree to discontinue use of all refunded materials.
Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact the Company directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks submitted in violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access and documentation provided to payment processors.
Limitation of Liability
All offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation or use of materials.
Domestic & International Users
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Company Content accessed through the Website in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Updates & Modifications
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Company encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
